I have five years of experience working as a software engineer in industry and ten years of experience as a researcher and lecturer in academia. I am currently a lecturer in the Software Engineering Department, Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), VNU HCM, Vietnam. I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from HCMUT in 2023. My research interests span the following areas: • Business Process Management (BPM): business process modeling, reengineering, evaluation, and automation. • Robotic Process Automation (RPA): development of RPA platforms and the application of AI techniques to automatically generate business processes for these platforms. • AI in Software Engineering: leveraging artificial intelligence techniques to support and enhance software design activities.
